Why I Had to Write This eBook
I spent years trying to 'find' myself. And it was during that time I created my morning routine. And it was during my morning routine that I truly found myself.
I realized that if I wanted to be myself, live for myself, and understand myself, then I needed to spend time with myself. And the only time I had free during the day to do that was in the early morning hours.
I had this realization that life was passing me by and I wasn't doing things I loved. At least not on a regular basis. And I was always in a rush. Whether it was in the morning trying to get out the door to make it to work on time, making dinner so we weren't eating too late, or trying to clean up the house so I could get just a few minutes to relax on the couch before calling it a night. You get the idea.
So I decided to implement a morning routine. And it took me a long time to get it right. And a lot of mental work and clarity. That's why I cover things like mindfulness and mindset in this book.
